What's it about?
The keystone to my work revolves around stress reduction, good nutrition, relaxation and relevant movement with women going through change. Over three weeks we will work together to develop a comprehensive support system to help you navigate the more challenging aspects of dealing with major life change such as menopause, grief or health issues.

£300 investment with an option for further sessions after the three week programme for £80 each.

Over three weeks we will work together to develop a comprehensive support system to help you navigate the more challenging aspects of dealing with major life change such as menopause, grief or health issues.
What's on offer?
- After initial contact via email to see if we are a fit for working together, there will be consult video call to hear your story and work out the best direction for the sessions.
- 3 x 1.5 hour online sessions over a month period. Within the session will be a half hour mentoring check in. Then we will work through your bespoke package. This will include modalities such as Qi Gong, yoga nidra, nutrition, acupressure and mindfulness practices, all according to your needs.
- Access to an online tool kit using Qi Gong techniques, breath work, nutritional advice, acupressure location, yoga nidra that we have worked through in the sessions.

Online Blog Writing Hour
Sometimes words can help to clarify our emotions and thoughts. Writing a blog is a great way to do this and a way to offer out our story. I am offering a gentle blog hour an a half zoom session.

A 2 hour zoom session to connect in with others focusing on the theme of health.
Bring a cuppa, some snacks, a willingness to connect and share about yourself.
I will be offering some acupressure point location and uses and Qi Gong movement.
You will have lifetime access to video recordings of the location and use of acupressure points we work with in the session.
